​A unique performance mixing physical theatre and contemporary dance embracing Ashford's shared space road scheme and the concept of negotiation, with performers each negotiating their path with the other, instinctively aware of their movements, each performance is unique with the eye contact and the ensuing movement dictating how the performance unfolds.

 

The performance opens with travel into the shared space from areas on the fringe and highlights the change that entering shared space can bring about.
 

The evening performance adds depth with its change in light level and introduces a film projection onto the shared space, contrasting normal road environments with their increased pace of movement, erratic pedestrianised movements and frequent signage, further highlighting the serenity shared space can offer.
